Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the MoneyWise Youth website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Programme Registration and Booking

Registration Process

When you register interest in a programme through our website, you are not making a binding booking. We will contact you to confirm availability and provide joining details. A booking becomes confirmed only when we send you written confirmation.

Payment Terms

Payment details and terms will be provided in your booking confirmation. Full payment is typically required before programme attendance unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing.

Cancellation by You

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the programme start date: Full refund
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the programme start date: No refund, but you may transfer to a future date subject to availability
  • Non-attendance without prior notice: No refund

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule programmes due to insufficient bookings, instructor illness, or circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel a programme, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.

Programme Participation

Age Requirements

Each programme has specific age recommendations. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is registered for an age-appropriate programme.

Behaviour Standards

We maintain a safe and respectful learning environment. We reserve the right to remove participants whose behaviour disrupts the programme or poses a risk to others, without refund.

Parental Responsibility

Parents and guardians are responsible for:

  • Ensuring their child arrives on time and is collected promptly
  • Informing us of any relevant medical, dietary, or learning support needs
  • Ensuring emergency contact information is accurate and up to date

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and materials provided during programmes, is the property of MoneyWise Youth and protected by copyright laws. You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without written permission
  • Use our materials for commercial purposes
  • Modify or create derivative works from our content

Programme participants may use provided materials for personal educational purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We provide our website and services on an "as is" basis
  • We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy of information on our website
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services
  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant programme
